Volunteers

We have some terrific volunteers to help you with parking directions, unloading and even at the Hospitality Suite!

We're working with senior students at the Galloway School, as well as adult volunteers from Hands On Atlanta, the Chastain Park Arts Center and Big Trees Board members.

Our mission is to make this event THE Finest Fine Arts Festival in Georgia! In order to make this possible, we need the help of dedicated supporters of the arts and environment. There's still time to pitch in! If you'd like to help, send us an email.

Volunteer Opportunities

Artist Relations ~ assist artists with check-in; set-up & break-down; booth sitting; artist hospitality.

Beverage Distribution ~ Distribute beverages & ice to sales booths; lifting required.

VIP Artist Oasis ~ Distribute beverages and snacks to participating artists.

Beverage Sales ~ Sell soft-drinks, water; Beer & Wine to Patrons [Age Requirement]

Activities ~ Assist Children's activities at the Chastain Park Arts Kids Korner.

Information Booth ~ Assist at the "Q & A" Booth: Festival Activities, distribute festival maps & brochures; other literature.

Volunteer Booth ~ Check-in new shifts for volunteers and answer general questions.

Volunteer Release Forms will be provided at the Festival Information booth

2009 Festival Sponsorships support Big Trees!

This event will benefit the John Ripley Forbes Big Trees Forest Preserve, located in Sandy Springs. The John Ripley Forbes Big Trees Forest Preserve is a beautiful and unique 30-acre Fulton County Tree, Plant and Wildlife Sanctuary. The Forest is preserved and protected in a cooperative partnership with Big Trees Forest Preserve, Inc., the City of Sandy Springs, State of Georgia Department of Natural Resources, and Southeast Land Preservation Trust.

All contributions are made to the John Ripley Forbes Big Trees Forest Preserve (a GA 501C3 organization), and are tax deductible as allowed by IRS standards and Georgia law.
