Booth assignment and Check in

Booth assignments have been prepared with your comments considered.  You will receive your booth assignment via email as well. 

Check in for NON Artists is on Friday, November 05, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Check in for Artists is on Friday, November 05, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
We are doing a staged check in, so you will receive your space assignmenet and check in time by email prior to the event.

Where to come?

All participants come to the parking area idenitified as the RED LOT.  This is the upper entrance to the Festival site, and will allow plenty of room for you to pull in any kind of trailer or van.  (And don't worry, we'll have volunteers on site to point you in the right direction.)

Where to park?

Participants will use the BLUE LOT after unloading.  It's a short walk back to the Festival site.  If you need help, we can shuttle you back in a golf cart!

 

Now, some important answers to your questions...

Where are the bathrooms?

There will be "artistic" port-a-lets on site, and there are indoor restrooms available in the Chastain Park Arts Center. 

 

Will there be volunteers to help me unload?

Yes, we'll have senior students from the Galloway School to help you, as well as other adult volunteers.

 

Is it safe to leave my tent up with my products inside overnight?

Yes, it's safe, but since we cannot predict the weather, it's a good idea to remove delicate or valuable items at night.  We'll have an Atlanta Police patrolman on site, but he can't control the weather!
